You won't miss your taco shell with these! Handheld taco salad without the corn shell!
Ingredients
2 Tbsp Frontier Herb Organic Taco Seasoning
1 lb organic 90% lean ground beef
1 cup diced bell pepper
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup shredded raw cheese of choice (I'm partial to pepper jack)
1 roman tomato diced
Romaine Lettuce leaves
3/4 cup water

Directions
Brown the ground beef, onion and bell pepper in a skillet over med-high heat. Drain.
Return to skillet, add water and taco seasoning, stir well. Bring to boil and reduce heat to simmer for 5 mins.
Dice tomato and shred cheese.
Tear 8 romaine lettuce leaves from the center of the bunch, spoon meat mixture into center of lettuce. Top with diced tomatoes and sprinkle shredded raw cheese.
Pick it up and eat it like a taco!

Return to skillet, add water and taco seasoning, stir well. Bring to boil and reduce heat to simmer for 5 mins.
Dice tomato and shred cheese.
