Turkey w/celery & onions that I just sort of threw together

Ingredients
4-5 oz turkey breast sliced thin
approx 1/2 c onion chopped fine
approx 1/2 c celery chopped fine
1/2 - 1 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp Ras El Hanout
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Place oil in skillet over med hi heat. Place celery & onion in skillet & cook till onions begin to look clear. Add turkey and spices and cook till turkey cooks through. Adjust seasonings as needed. I like my food spicy.
