Mango Avocado Shrimp Salad

So delicious! And great source of Protein! I also use a side of Green beans with caramelized onions and almonds on the side!

Ingredients
6 oz cooked medium shrimp
1/2 medium avocado cut in cubes
1/2 a mango also cubed
add cilantro to taste/as a garnish
red pepper flakes to taste (optional)
serve on top a bed of fresh spinach

Directions
Toss all ingredients together 

Serve on top a fresh bed of spinach
